Brevio.news speaks five languages: French, English, German, Spanish, Japanese. You set two things separately.
summaries, editorials, the weekly brief, emails and the RSS feed.So you can read the interface in English and your briefing in French, or the other way around.
Both settings live in Settings. The interface changes immediately. For content, the next sends go out in the new language, and the RSS feed picks it up the next time your reader refreshes.
