Your dashboard always shows everything your plan includes. Email settings never touch it: turning off an email never removes anything from the web.
In Settings, under Notifications:
summariessummaries for your topics. All plans.Turning an email off is always possible, whatever your plan. Turning one on requires the plan that includes it.
If you turn all three off, you receive no more briefing emails and your dashboard stays complete. Account emails, such as password resets, are not affected.
The morning send goes out at 9:00, Zurich time. The weekly brief goes out on Sunday. On the Free plan, there is no send at the weekend: Monday's covers the last three days.
